Logging

If further informations concerning your questions are necessary, you are asked to draw up a log file.

Please, go on in following procedure:
• Settings -> Options -> Logging
• Turn on logging
• Finish Hardcopy
• Start Hardcopy
• Generate the error
• Finish Hardcopy
• Pack the log file with WinZip!
• Mail the log file
